I’m skilled at reading behaviours, sensing barriers, and understanding emotions so we can identify resistance and risk early.

My philosophy is simple: build trust, partner with your leaders, and ensure your people are emotionally ready and equipped for the change ahead.

I especially love joining the dots and shaping a compelling vision that creates genuine followership — something I’ve learned is one of the most powerful drivers of successful change. I also have a passion for mentoring and coaching, helping others grow their capability and confidence.

Established an award-winning Change Centre of Excellence and Community of Practice across a complex portfolio — growing organisational change maturity from 1.5 to 4.1 (Prosci), and embedding consistent, scalable change capability.

Change leadership development
Designed and delivered change leadership training for sponsors, managers, and programme teams, including 1:1 coaching to build confidence, capability, and accountability at all levels.

Change Portfolio Management & Change Management Office
Set up enterprise-wide governance and reporting to measure project, people, and organisational change, enabling clear risk management, change readiness, prioritisation, and resource decisions.
